Return / Exchange Policy
Since we are a print on demand, drop shipping company, we have no active stock or warehouse.
We contract different companies to create each item, which makes it a personalized item, and then ship it directly to our clients. Each company we use only offer refunds if the product is defective. In this case we offer a full, cash refund. We do ask for a picture of the defect beforehand, since each supplier requires this to offer a refund.
All of our products have size charts, so if you accidentally order the wrong size, we cannot offer an exchange or cash refund, BUT we do offer a full refund in store credit, once the item is returned to our shop, where we will list the item on other local platforms. We are happy to cover ½ the postage cost, which will be added to the store credit refund.
If you do not see a size chart, please contact us so we can have one put on the item immediately. We recommend against purchasing an item that doesn’t have a size chart.
PLEASE NOTE: Most of our products are made in Europe ; some countries that don’t have English as their central language, like Japan & the Netherlands. We have had people upset about their package coming from China, even though they actually come from Japan. China is a Communist State, and Japan is a Democracy. We do all we can to not purchase from China. Just because you cannot understand the words on the package doesn’t mean it comes exclusively from China. We do use a few Chinese companies, but we have more Japanese companies than Chinese companies. Most (85%) of our items are produced in the Netherlands..
We Always look for American Made items first, but it’s hard to find products made here. We always keep our eyes out for US made products first. With the new tariffs, more and more items are being made here in America and we continually add US products to our catalog..
