Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all items.

Since many of our items come from all over the world, we pay a bit extra to have many of our items flown in, as opposed to by ship, which takes a bit longer. We also offer free "fast shipping", taking the shipping time from 10 to 15 days to 7 to 12 days.

PLEASE check your physical address before submitting. Once the shipping company has the item in the system, there is nothing we can do to change it's destination. We do not offer refunds if you send the item to the wrong address.

If an item shows it was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us so we can file a claim with our carrier and get you a replacement immediately.
