Refund policy

We offer exchanges and refunds on most of our items up to a week after the item is received. If your item is defective, kindly send a picture of the issue, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.

Please understand, we do not stock these items physically, so we can only do an exchange (not a refund) in the event our clients choose a size or design they didn't want. We put up very specific size charts, so please make sure you know your sizes and pick the right one. We will cover the cost of the return shipping, and we will send a replacement once we get the item.
